Due to the current market conditions, and unusually high demand for rentals in the Provo area, we have determined that we will not put names on waiting lists, give any preference to referrals, or release info about upcoming vacancies until the day that we post the vacant apartment for rent.

You are welcome to fill out an application if you see the property come available. A few days after posting, we will review the applications. Our policy has been, and continues to be, that we prefer to choose from a large pool of applicants. There will not be any preference given to your application date or time.
