The Burlington North apartment building was built by William and Dena Bezzant in 1977. William was a farmer in Pleasant Grove. He sold some of his land to be able to build several 4-plexes in the same subdivision. The family has owned and managed the 4-plexes for 46 years. The  property manager, a grandson, helped mow lawns when he was too young to drive. They have been amazing landlords and taken good care of the property. Dena lived to be ninety-eight years old and certainly must have countless posterity. In our short association with the Bezzant family, we could feel of their goodness.
